This offer concerns the acquisition of long-term leases for two resorts in the seaside part of Stegna, 1 km from a beautiful beach.

 

The resorts:

- Polar https://www.mierzeja.pl/polar and

- Iwona https://www.mierzeja.pl/owiwona

are located on 4.4 hectare plots and have a well-established reputation. Both resorts are profitable and in very good condition and well-maintained.

The Polar resort is a summer camp resort with a capacity of 450 people.

The Iwona resort is a holiday resort for families with children with a capacity of 300 people.

- total buildings area: 8,700 m²

 

2. Iwona

- total building area: 4,100 m²

- 50 holiday cottages

 

There is potential for significant expansion of the resorts by:

- increasing the number of holiday cottages

- expanding the area of ​​the residential buildings

Significant expansion of both resorts is possible.

Access to Stegna is via the S7 expressway. In Nowy Dwór, turn off towards Stegna. The distance from Nowy Dwór to Stegna is 16 km (approximately 25 minutes by car).

 

Stegna aspires to be a high-class year-round seaside resort. The Amber Resort & Spa recently opened. A boulevard winds through the forest along the beach, and local restaurants and seaside bars serve delicious fish.

The municipality built an ice rink and a gymnasium.

The resorts are located on land owned by the State Treasury. The area is managed by the State Forests. One of the plots has been deforested.

​

The resorts are leased from the State Forests under multi-year lease agreements.

Leaseholders expect a compensation payment equal to the costs incurred in their construction.
