We offer two very attractive locations for large-scale warehouses located in the Tricity area near the main transport hubs, Sucharskiego expressway - S7. Land at both locations is under development.
Location 1 covers an area of 18 hectares. The site is located at the intersection of the Sucharskiego route and the S7 motorway. The access road to Elbląska Street is only 3 km long.
Location 2 covers an area of 21 hectares. The access road to Elbląska Street is only 2.4 km long. Both locations are 1.6 km apart.
Both locations are ideal for large-scale warehouses. Under the current local zoning plan, both locations are designated as agricultural land. The plot owners have submitted applications to change the zoning to commercial use. The proximity of both sites to the Sucharskiego Route should facilitate obtaining development consent (WZ) permits for the construction of warehouses or a transport and logistics base. The plot owners have their own representative, who also owns the most important plots in terms of their location.
